Affiliate details:
The email address supplied is the standard mode of communication between Gordianlock LTD and the affiliate.
The affiliate will provide his full details to Gordianlock LTD:
- Email address
- Full contact name
- Business name
- Business registration number (VAT)
- Website
Commissions:
Affiliate commissions will be 10% of the product price sold through their affiliate link.
The commission’s shell does not include tax, shipping, or anything else but the product’s price.
The affiliate link cookies will stay active for 30 days.
Payments:
Payments to affiliates will be transferred no more than once a month through Paypal.
Before the payment’s transfer, the affiliate will issue a formal invoice and send it to lock@gordianlock.com.
The payment will transfer within ten working days of receiving the invoice.
Disconnection:
A party interested in disconnection will inform by email 30 days in advance.
Jurisdiction:
In the event of a legal dispute, the court that has the authority to discuss the terms of this agreement is the court in the city of Haifa, Israel.
