{"id":197,"date":"2023-06-20T10:50:58","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T10:50:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/international.gordianlock.com\/?page_id=197"},"modified":"2023-06-20T10:51:00","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T10:51:00","slug":"affiliate-terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/international.gordianlock.com\/index.php\/affiliate-terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Gordianlock&#8217;s International store affiliate terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Affiliate details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The email address supplied is the standard mode of communication between Gordianlock LTD and the affiliate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The affiliate will provide his full details to Gordianlock LTD:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full contact name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business registration number (VAT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Commissions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affiliate commissions will be 10% of the product price sold through their affiliate link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The commission&#8217;s shell does not include tax, shipping, or anything else but the product&#8217;s price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The affiliate link cookies will stay active for 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Payments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments to affiliates will be transferred no more than once a month through Paypal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before the payment&#8217;s transfer, the affiliate will issue a formal invoice and send it to lock@gordianlock.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The payment will transfer within ten working days of receiving the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Disconnection:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A party interested in disconnection will inform by email 30 days in advance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jurisdiction:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a legal dispute, the court that has the authority to discuss the terms of this agreement is the court in the city of Haifa, Israel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Affiliate details: The email address supplied is the standard mode of communication between Gordianlock LTD and the affiliate.
